AURÄX Beauty offers a 30-day satisfaction guarantee on all orders. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may request a refund within 30 days of the delivery date.

Eligibility

Requests must be made within 30 days of delivery. Products do not need to be returned — we operate a no-return refund policy for hygiene reasons.

How to Request

Email support@auraxbeauty.com with subject line Refund Request – [Your Order Number]. We aim to respond within 2 business days.

Processing Time

Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

Contact us within 14 days of delivery with a photo. We will issue a replacement or full refund at no cost.
